Terms & Conditions

  • There are no refunds; all sales are final. If the ticket holder is unable to attend the performance, please contact the Frederick Magic Theater & Lounge box office at least 24 hours prior to the event to exchange tickets for another date. Tickets exchanges are subject to fees.

    Changes to group ticket sales totaling eight or more must be made two weeks in advance of the performance.

  • Latecomers are seated at the discretion of management. We will not seat patrons later than 15 minutes after the time listed on their ticket.

  • If a weather event impacts our performances, we will post a notice here on our website as soon as possible. Furthermore, we will also send out an email notification to all patrons that purchased tickets for the affected performance.

    In the event of inclement weather, we will first attempt to reschedule the performance if possible. If you cannot make the new date, we will offer a refund for your tickets. If the performance is canceled outright, we will offer refunds for all ticket purchases.

  • Patrons agree that Frederick Magic Theater & Lounge has the right to use patron's image and voice in any live or recorded broadcast, photograph, video, audio, and/or other recording taken in connection with patron's presence at the Frederick Magic Theater & Lounge or other transmission, distribution, public performance, or reproduction in whole or in part of the ticketed event, for all purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, and in any and all media now or hereafter known, without compensation.

  • Frederick Magic Theater & Lounge reserves the right, without refund of the purchase price, to revoke the license granted by this ticket and refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be improper or disorderly.
