  • Doors open one hour before showtime and we invite you to arrive as early as possible to enjoy the Magic Lounge and take in a little pre show magic before the performance begins. Late arrivals without prior notification will be denied entry and tickets will be forfeited therefore PLEASE let us know if you will be late.

  • The Frederick Magic Theater & Lounge is located at 19 N Court Street in downtown Frederick. There is street parking along Church Street as well as garage parking at the Court Street, Church Street and West Patrick Street parking garages all within a 2 block radius.

  • Although no dress code is enforced, we suggest wearing semi-formal attire ensuring you look dazzling as you sit back to enjoy an evening of wonder and illusion.

  • Yes. This is a ticket only event and requires purchasing tickets in advance. Please note this is a 21+ venue operating in a lounge atmosphere. IDs will be checked at the door.

  • Purchasing a ticket guarantees that you have a reservation. Seats are assigned in the order reservations are received. If a group is purchasing tickets individually, use the same name to guarantee seats will be together. The room is arranged to give everyone a close-up experience of the show.

  • Food is not offered at this venue. However, we do provide light snacks for purchase.

  • We offer an assortment of beer, wine and soft drinks including water.

  • Yes! You are free to purchase as many individual tickets as you wish, or if you’d like to host a private party or corporate event at the Frederick Magic Theater & Lounge please visit the Groups page for details.

  • Still or video photography is not allowed during the performance. However, we encourage you to take photos and video before and after the show as you enjoy the atmosphere in the Frederick Magic Theater & Lounge.

  • Yes, gift certificates are available for the Frederick Magic Theater & Lounge. Click here to purchase a gift certificate.

  • Due to the limited seating available in this venue, all ticket sales are final.  There are no refunds. You may exchange for an alternate date up to 48 hours before the performance, with a processing fee.
